The remaining 5% comprised idle and unused resources, primarily caused by storage that was either not connected to a virtual machine or associated with a stopped VM.

We leveraged the audit report to implement Lucidity Auto Scaler—an agent-based architecture with an auto-scaler that is an additional layer over Azure's cloud infrastructure. 

The deployment process of the auto-scaler was straightforward, requiring just three clicks. Once activated, it seamlessly adjusted storage capacities, optimizing disk utilization within a targeted 70-80% range.
